Whether you post as a creator or run a shop, the tools for understanding and growing your audience live in two places: the professional dashboard in the Whistlr app, and Business Suite on the web. This guide covers what’s in each and how to unlock them.
Start with the professional dashboard
In the app, your professional dashboard is called Learn & Grow on Whistlr. It puts your insights, next steps and tools on one screen. Insights are split into three areas:
- Views: how often your content was seen by peers and non-peers, accounts reached, views by day and your top viewers.
- Interactions: accounts engaged, interactions by type (likes, comments and reposts), interactions by day and your top fans.
- Followers: growth overall, follows and unfollows, plus age range, gender and the times your peers are most active.
Switch between the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days. Open your Monthly recap for a summary of how the month went, and check Best practices for ideas on what to try next.
Unlock insights with verification
Insights open up once your account is verified. Creator verification uses Stripe Identity and requires 20,000 peers or recognition as a public figure. Business verification uses Stripe Connect and has no minimum peer count. Review usually takes 24 to 72 hours.
Business accounts get Business Suite
Verifying as a business unlocks the full set of business tools in your dashboard on the web:
- Business Suite: an overview of your business and a planning calendar for campaigns, lives, product drops and meetings.
- Storefront (Whistlr GO): products, orders, customers, earnings, disputes, reviews and notifications.
- Ads Manager: campaigns, the Creative Library, reach, benchmarks, attribution, reports and billing.
- Creator Studio: analytics, WTC Gems and Studio Set, the RTMP server URL and stream key for going live from your own encoder.
Your dashboard overview tracks combined revenue, storefront revenue, creator revenue, ad spend over the last 30 days, active campaigns and the balance available to withdraw.
